Two routes, one fixed price
- The M25: from junction 9 at Leatherhead clockwise to junction 7, then the M23 south to the airport. This is the usual route.
- Cross-country: when the M25 is blocked, the driver can take the A24 and the roads through Reigate and Horley instead.
The driver checks the traffic before setting off. The fare stays the same either way.

Quick early-morning runs
From Ashtead, the M25 is only a few minutes away, so early-morning transfers to Gatwick are some of the quickest in our area. If your flight leaves at 6.30am, a pickup at around 4.15am usually gives you plenty of time, with the motorway almost empty.
