A hospital appointment is stressful enough without worrying about parking, buses or getting home afterwards. We drive patients, visitors and carers to hospitals across Surrey and south-west London, at fixed prices, with drivers who take their time and help where needed.

Help when you need it
Tell us when you book if you need extra time getting in and out of the car, help with a walking frame or folding wheelchair, or a front seat. The driver will help you to the hospital entrance and can collect you from the same point afterwards.
Waiting and return journeys
Appointments do not always run on time. You can book a return pickup for a set time, or ask us to call when you are ready. For short appointments, the driver can wait. Let us know what suits you when you book.
Regular appointments
If you have regular treatment, such as weekly appointments at the Royal Marsden, you can book the same journey for each date. We will try to send a driver you already know.
Booking for someone else
Many bookings are made by family members for a parent or relative. Enter the passenger's name and phone number, and your own email for the confirmation. The driver will contact the passenger directly on the day.
Visiting someone in hospital
Visiting a relative in hospital can mean several trips a week. Parking at busy hospitals such as St Helier and St George's can be hard to find and expensive. A taxi drops you at the main entrance and collects you when visiting time ends.
Going home after a stay or day surgery
After day surgery or a stay in hospital, you may not be allowed to drive. We collect patients from the ward exit or main entrance and take them home carefully, with help carrying bags. Let us know if the hospital needs the driver's details.
