The route to Luton

The driver joins the M25 at junction 9 near Leatherhead and runs clockwise past Heathrow and round the west of London to junction 21. From there, the M1 north takes you to junction 10 and the airport approach road. It is almost all motorway, which makes it a fairly predictable drive outside the rush hours.

The busiest stretch is the M25 between junctions 12 and 16 near Heathrow, so for weekday morning flights we add extra time.

Luton's single terminal

Luton has one terminal, so there is no terminal to choose. Your driver drops you in the terminal drop-off zone, a short walk from check-in, and helps you unload your bags.

Returning to Epsom from Luton

Add your flight number to the return booking and your driver will meet you in the arrivals area with your name. If the flight is late, the driver waits for it. Booking both ways together gives you 5% off the return.

Early flights from Luton

Luton has many early-morning departures to Europe. The first trains from Epsom often cannot get you there in time, so a pre-booked car is the practical option. Book at least a day ahead for pickups before 5am.

What is included in the fare

The fixed price covers the whole journey from your door to the terminal: the motorway, the driver's time, and help with your luggage. There is no booking fee and no card is needed when you book. You can pay the driver at the end of the trip.

Travelling to Luton as a group

Luton is a popular airport for stag and hen weekends, family holidays and groups of friends heading to Europe. Rather than booking two saloons, one of our people carriers or larger vehicles can take the whole group with their luggage, often for less than two separate cars. Our biggest vehicles take up to 8 passengers. See the minibus page for details.
