Straight onto the M25

From Ashtead, the driver takes the A24 to Leatherhead and joins the M25 at junction 9. Heading anticlockwise, the motorway passes Cobham, the A3 at Wisley, and the M3 before reaching Heathrow. For Terminal 5 and Terminal 4, the driver leaves at junction 14; for Terminals 2 and 3, junction 15 and the M4 spur.

The section of the M25 between the A3 and the M4 is among the busiest in the country, especially between 7am and 9.30am on weekdays, so we add extra time for morning flights. At night it is usually clear.

Your terminal

Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal)

Used by most Star Alliance airlines.

Terminal 3

Next to Terminal 2 in the central area, mostly long-haul airlines.

Terminal 4

On the south side of the airport, with its own road access.

Terminal 5

The British Airways terminal, at the western end of the airport.

Picking up across Ashtead

We collect from every part of KT21: The Street, the roads around Ashtead station and Woodfield, Craddocks Avenue, Ashtead Park and Lower Ashtead. Many Ashtead houses are on private roads or behind gates. Add a gate code or directions so the driver can come to the door.

Coming home to Ashtead

Add your flight number when you book the return. Your driver tracks the flight and meets you in arrivals with a name board. If the flight is delayed, the pickup moves with it. Book both ways at once and the return is 5% cheaper.

Business flights

For business travel, choose an executive car on the booking form. See our executive car service.

Avoiding the Leatherhead roundabout

The A24 into Leatherhead and the junction 9 roundabout can queue at peak times. When that happens, the driver may join the M25 via a different route, or go through Epsom and Kingston instead. Because your fare is fixed, the route the driver chooses on the day does not affect the price.

Families from Ashtead

Ashtead families flying for school holidays from Heathrow usually need room for children, car seats and a lot of luggage. Choose an MPV, which takes six passengers with luggage, or an estate for four with extra cases. Child seats can be fitted before you set off; add them when you book.
