Meeting you at Gatwick

Your driver tracks your flight, so they know exactly when you land. They wait in the arrivals area with a name board. You get their name and mobile number before you land, so you can message them once you have your bags.

North Terminal

Arriving passengers come out into the arrivals hall on the ground floor. Your driver waits by the meeting point and walks you to the car park, a short walk from the terminal.

South Terminal

Arrivals come out on the ground floor of the South Terminal, next to Gatwick station. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall and takes you to the car.

If you are not sure which terminal you are arriving at, check your airline booking. The flight tracking tells the driver too.

The drive home to Epsom

From the airport the driver takes the M23 north to the M25 and heads west to junction 8 at Reigate. From there, the A217 climbs Reigate Hill to Burgh Heath, and the A240 brings you into Epsom. It is a straightforward drive, usually quiet late at night when many flights land.

Delays and waiting

Flights into Gatwick are often delayed at busy times. Because the driver follows your flight, a delay simply moves the pickup. Waiting time after landing is included, so a slow baggage belt or a long queue at passport control does not cost you more.

Booking both ways

If you book your outward journey and your return together, the return is 5% cheaper. The outward trip is described on the Epsom to Gatwick page.

Drop-offs beyond Epsom

We take Gatwick arrivals home to every town around Epsom: Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Banstead, Sutton and more. Choose your drop-off address on the booking form for the exact price.
