The route
From Leatherhead, the driver joins the M25 at junction 9 and runs anticlockwise past Cobham, Wisley and Chertsey. Terminals 4 and 5 are reached from junction 14, and Terminals 2 and 3 from junction 15 via the M4 spur. Most of the journey is motorway, so it is predictable outside the morning peak.

Your flight home
Add your flight number to the return booking. The driver tracks the flight and is waiting in arrivals with a name board. Book both journeys together and the return is 5% cheaper.
Visitors to Leatherhead offices
Many people arriving at Heathrow are heading to meetings in Leatherhead rather than leaving from it. We meet business visitors in arrivals with a name board and take them straight to the office, hotel or meeting venue. If you are booking for a visitor, enter their name and flight number and we will send you the confirmation.
Fetcham and Bookham pickups
For Fetcham and Bookham, the driver joins the A246 to Leatherhead and the M25, or goes via the A3 at Ockham when that is quicker. Bookham's narrow village roads can be slow at school times, so for morning flights we leave a little earlier.
