The route to Heathrow
The driver joins the M25 at junction 8 on Reigate Hill and runs anticlockwise past Leatherhead, Cobham and the M3. Terminals 4 and 5 are reached from junction 14, and Terminals 2 and 3 from junction 15. The busiest part of the journey is the stretch between the A3 and Heathrow during the morning peak.

Next to Terminal 2 in the central area, mostly long-haul airlines.

On the south side of the airport, with its own road access.

The British Airways terminal, at the western end of the airport.
Plan your pickup time
For long-haul flights, airlines usually recommend arriving three hours before departure. From Tadworth, allow extra time on weekday mornings and on Friday afternoons. We are happy to suggest a pickup time when you book.

Arriving home
For your return, add the flight number. Your driver tracks the flight, meets you in arrivals with a name board and takes you home. The return is 5% cheaper when both journeys are booked together.
Kingswood and Walton on the Hill
From Kingswood and Walton on the Hill, the driver joins the A217 and heads north to the M25 at Reigate Hill. Walton Heath golfers flying in for tournaments or golf breaks can be collected from Heathrow with room for clubs in an estate or MPV.
Overnight flights home
Many Heathrow arrivals land early in the morning after an overnight flight. The driver tracks your flight and is waiting when you come through, and the drive back to Tadworth is usually quiet at that time of day.
