After a long flight, the last thing you want is to stand in the taxi queue or drag cases through the Underground. Book a Heathrow to Epsom taxi before you fly and your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall when you come through, ready to take you straight home to Epsom.
A saloon from Heathrow to central Epsom costs from £59, fixed when you book. The drive home is around 28 miles and usually takes 35 minutes. Delays, a long wait at passport control or slow traffic on the M25 do not change the fare.

How the pickup works
Add your flight number when you book. Our driver follows the flight from the moment it takes off, so if it lands early, late or at a different terminal, the pickup time adjusts automatically.
When you land, switch your phone on: you will have your driver's name and number. The driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board. Once you have collected your bags and come through customs, they meet you there, help with the luggage and walk you to the car in the short-stay car park.
Where to look for your driver
- Terminal 2 and Terminal 3: in the arrivals hall, by the meeting point after you come out of customs.
- Terminal 4: in the arrivals area on the ground floor.
- Terminal 5: in the arrivals hall on the ground floor, after the customs exit.
If you cannot see your driver, call them on the number we send you, or call us on 01372642305.
Which terminal will you arrive at?
Your arrival terminal is usually the same as the one you departed from on your outbound trip with the same airline, but check your booking. Choose the terminal on the booking form; if it changes on the day, the flight tracking picks it up.
Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal)
Used by most Star Alliance airlines.
Terminal 3
Next to Terminal 2 in the central area, mostly long-haul airlines.
Terminal 4
On the south side of the airport, with its own road access.
Terminal 5
The British Airways terminal, at the western end of the airport.
The drive home to Epsom
From the central terminals the driver takes the M4 spur to the M25, and from Terminal 5 the driver joins at junction 14. They then go clockwise to junction 9 at Leatherhead and take the A24 or A243 into Epsom. At quiet times, the route through Feltham and Kingston can be quicker. We drop you at your door anywhere in Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh and the surrounding towns.
Waiting time
Bags can take a while at Heathrow, and passport queues can be long at busy times. Your driver allows for that. Waiting time after landing is included, so you will not be charged because the baggage belt was slow.
Booking the outward trip too
If you have not booked your trip to the airport yet, you can book both journeys at once. The return leg is 5% cheaper when both are booked together. See Epsom to Heathrow for the outward trip.
