The route
From the Downs, the driver usually goes through Langley Vale or Epsom to the A24 and the M25 at junction 9, Leatherhead. Anticlockwise, the motorway runs past Cobham and the M3 to Heathrow: junction 14 for Terminals 4 and 5, junction 15 for Terminals 2 and 3.

Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal)
Used by most Star Alliance airlines.
Terminal 3
Next to Terminal 2 in the central area, mostly long-haul airlines.
Terminal 4
On the south side of the airport, with its own road access.
Terminal 5
The British Airways terminal, at the western end of the airport.
Race days and road closures
During race meetings, especially the Derby Festival, the roads over the Downs close or carry heavy traffic. If your flight is on a race day, tell us when you book and we will plan the route around the closures.
Early flights from the Downs
The Downs are very quiet in the early hours, so a pickup at 4am or 5am gets you onto the M25 quickly. Book at least a day ahead for very early pickups.
Coming home
For the return, add your flight number. The driver will be in arrivals with a name board. Book both journeys together and the return is 5% cheaper.
Langley Vale pickups
From Langley Vale, the driver takes Langley Vale Road towards Epsom or the lanes to Headley and the A24, depending on traffic. The village is quiet and pickups are quick, but please add your house name or number, because some properties are set back from the road.
Racing visitors from Heathrow
International visitors flying into Heathrow for the Derby or other race meetings can be collected from arrivals and taken to their hotel or straight to the racecourse. On race days, we use the agreed drop-off points around the course.
