Many families in and around Epsom rely on a regular car for the school run, whether because of work hours, a school outside the catchment area, or a child with a long journey and no direct bus. We run regular pre-booked school journeys across our area at fixed prices.
How regular school bookings work
Tell us the school, the pickup and drop-off times, the days of the week and the term dates. We book the journeys for the whole term, at the same price each time. If plans change, for example an inset day or a school trip, just let us know.
Schools and colleges we drive to
We regularly drive pupils and students to independent and state schools in Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Banstead, Sutton and Kingston, and to colleges such as NESCOT in Ewell and UCA Epsom. Tell us the school when you get in touch.
Safety and reliability
Our drivers are licensed for private hire. For regular school runs we aim to send the same driver each time, so your child sees a familiar face. You receive the driver's details for each journey, and the driver can message you when your child has been dropped off.
Booster seats
Younger children need a booster seat or child seat. Tell us the ages of the children and we will fit the right seat for each journey.
Shared school runs
Several families on the same route can share a car or an MPV, which reduces the cost for everyone. Tell us how many children and where they need collecting.
Weekend and holiday journeys
As well as daily runs, we drive pupils to and from boarding schools at the start and end of term, weekend exeats and holidays, and to airports for students flying home. For boarding pupils with trunks and bags, an estate or MPV has the room you need.
Clubs, sport and after-school activities
Many parents also book cars for after-school clubs, music lessons and sports fixtures, especially when work makes the afternoon pickup hard. Tell us the regular times and we will set them up alongside the school run.
