Surrey is a popular place for weddings, from country houses in the Surrey Hills to hotels in Epsom and the grandstand at Epsom Downs. We help with transport on the day: executive cars for the couple, parents and bridal party, and people carriers to move guests between the ceremony, the reception, hotels and stations.
Cars for the wedding party
Our executive cars, Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class or similar, are clean, comfortable and driven by smartly dressed, experienced drivers. They are ideal for the bride or groom, parents, and close family travelling to the ceremony.
Guest transport
Guests often need help getting between places: from the station to the venue, from the ceremony to the reception, or back to their hotel at the end of the night. Our MPVs and 8-seaters take groups together, and several vehicles can be booked for the same time. See our minibus page.
Venues we know
We drive to wedding venues across Epsom, Dorking, Leatherhead and the Surrey Hills, including country estates, hotels, golf clubs and Epsom Downs Racecourse. Tell us your venue and the timings, and we will plan the journeys.
Late-night pickups
At the end of the night, guests want to get home safely. Book cars for a set time and the drivers will be waiting outside. For larger weddings, we can send several cars at once.
Airport transfers for wedding guests
Guests flying in from abroad can be collected from Heathrow or Gatwick and taken to their hotel, and back again after the wedding.

Contact us with the date, venue, number of guests and the journeys you need. We will suggest the vehicles and give you a fixed price for each journey.
Hen and stag parties
Before the big day, we also take hen and stag groups to restaurants, bars and events in Epsom, Kingston and London, and bring everyone home afterwards. An MPV or 8-seater keeps the group together.
The morning after
The day after the wedding, guests often need to get to the station or the airport. Book their journeys in advance, and the cars will be waiting at the hotel.
