The route

The driver goes round the M25, usually anticlockwise over the Dartford Crossing, then takes the A12 north-east past Chelmsford and Colchester, and the A120 to Harwich. The A12 can be slow near Chelmsford at peak times, so we build that into the pickup time.

Ferries to the Netherlands

Stena Line sails from Harwich to the Hook of Holland, with day and overnight crossings. Foot passengers check in at the terminal building. If you are catching the overnight sailing, we can collect you in Epsom in the afternoon and drop you at the terminal in good time.

Cruises from Harwich

Some cruise lines use Harwich for northern European itineraries, including Scandinavia and the Baltic. Tell us the ship and the date, and we will time the pickup for your check-in slot.

Comfortable on a long drive

Harwich is a long way from Epsom, so comfort matters. Every car has air conditioning and room to stretch out, and the driver can stop for a break on the way if you need one. Tell us in the booking notes if anyone in your party needs extra legroom or help with their luggage.

Coming home

Book the return pickup with your arrival time or ship. The driver meets you outside the terminal. Book both ways and save 5% on the return. For a long journey like this, many customers choose an executive car or MPV for extra comfort.
