The London International Cruise Terminal at Tilbury sits on the north bank of the Thames in Essex, and it is the closest cruise terminal to London. From Epsom, it is a short hop across the Dartford Crossing, and a taxi takes you to the terminal door with all your luggage.

The route
From Epsom the driver joins the M25 at junction 8 by Reigate and goes east to the Dartford Crossing. Just north of the Thames, the A13 and A1089 lead down to Tilbury Docks and the cruise terminal. It is one of the quicker port journeys from Epsom, but the Dartford Crossing can be slow at peak times, so we always allow a margin.

On the return, the driver waits outside the terminal once you have disembarked and collected your luggage. Book both journeys together and the way back is 5% cheaper.
